Yes! You and the general public may view this data for free by using the "Search Properties" icon on our SAR Commercial Division homepage. Searches include property information, demographic data and satellite mapping.
Q: I have a commercial property I would like to list. Can I get it listed on Commercialsource.com?
Yes, but you must have a valid state issued real estate license and regularly participate in commercial real estate endeavors.
Q: How do I join and what are the costs involved?
It’s easy to join – just complete the on-line application available at Commercialsource.com. Users will be able to post and have access to all listings at no charge.
Do I have to be a REALTOR® to join the Commercialsource.com Property Bulletin Board?
Membership in the Sacramento Association of REALTORS® or any other REALTOR® organization is recommended, but voluntary and not required.
Q: Is the Commercialsource.com a Commercial Multiple Listing Service (CMLS)?
